Erhard Schweri
Erhard Schweri (born October 29, 1922 in Zurich ) is a former Swiss judge ( CVP ).
Life
Schweri was a medical student from 1942 to 1945 and then studied law at the University of Zurich until 1950 . In 1950 he received his doctorate as Dr. iur. and was from 1951 to 1953 as an auditor and later as a substitute at the Zurich District Court operates. Schweri was secretary from 1953 to 1959 and a member of the Higher Court of the Canton of Zurich from 1959 to 1967 . He was a substitute judge at the Federal Supreme Court from 1965 to 1967 and served as a Federal Judge at the Federal Supreme Court from 1967 to 1988 , where he held the office of President from 1987 to 1988.
