Erica Schmidt (born June 8, 1975 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American theater director , author and actress .
Personal
Schmidt has been married to Peter Dinklage since April 16, 2005 , with whom she has been in a relationship since 2002. The couple have two children. The first child, a daughter, was born in December 2011. Their second child was born in 2017. The couple lives secluded in New York City .
Schmidt graduated from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie , New York in 1997 .
