Erich Klotz

Erich Klotz (born June 24, 1907 in Beilstein ; † March 1962 in Ulm ) was a German lawyer and Lord Mayor of Geislingen an der Steige .

Life

His father was von Beilstein's town school student . Grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather were also mayor. After graduating from the Realgymnasium in Heilbronn , Klotz began studying law at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen in the winter semester of 1925/1926 . Here he joined the student union Landsmannschaft Scotland . In 1931 he was promoted to Dr. iur. PhD . He then settled first in Geislingen and later in Stuttgart as a lawyer . From 1952 to 1962 Erich Klotz was Lord Mayor of Geislingen an der Steige .

He was the father of Erhard Klotz .
