Erhard Klotz
Erhard Klotz (born April 7, 1938 in Heilbronn ) is a German politician ( SPD ).
Life
The son of Erich Klotz was in 1963 at the University of Tuebingen for Dr. iur. PhD . He was mayor from 1967 and from 1973 to 1992 mayor of Neckarsulm .
On August 1, 1992, he moved to the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of the Interior as Ministerialdirektor and deputy to Minister of the Interior Frieder Birzele (SPD). From February 1, 1996 to 2003, he was General Manager of the Baden-Württemberg City Council . From 1999 to January 2016 he was managing director of the Dieter Schwarz Foundation .
honors and awards
Klotz has received several awards for his services. So he received
- 1985 the Medal of Honor of the City of Neckarsulm and
- 1988 the Federal Cross of Merit on ribbon.
- In 1992 he became an honorary citizen of Neckarsulm.
- In 2003 he was awarded the Cross of Merit 1st Class of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany and
- 2006 honored with the Merit Medal of the Baden-Württemberg City Council in silver.
