Erik Blomqvist (athlete)
Erik Blomqvist ( Erik Berthild Ruben "Blomman" Blomqvist; born November 4, 1896 in Stockholm ; † January 14, 1967 ibid.) Was a Swedish javelin thrower and shot putter .
At the Olympic Games in Antwerp in 1920 he came eighth in the javelin throw and 16th in the shot put . In 1924 he was sixth in the javelin throw at the Olympic Games in Paris .
Twice he was Swedish champion in javelin throwing (1925, 1929) and five times in two-armed javelin throwing (1915, 1916, 1922, 1923, 1925).
