Erna Flecke-Schiefenbusch , also: Erna Flecke , née Schiefenbusch (born August 27, 1905 in Cologne , † October 30, 1944 there ) was a German theater director and actress .

Live and act

Her parents were Franz Anton and Martha Schiefenbusch geb. Hifemeier. From Easter 1912 to Easter 1925 Erna Schiefenbusch attended the Empress Augusta School in Cologne, then the Lyceum . She then studied philosophy, art, literature and theater history in Heinsberg, Munich, Paris and in her hometown of Cologne. In 1930 she was with the dissertation moral Rousseau's program in aesthetics doctorate . In 1931 she married Heinrich Flecke in Cologne.

From March to July 1932 she worked as an assistant director at the Schauspielhaus Düsseldorf with Louise Dumont . For the 1932/1933 season she moved to the Schauspielhaus in Cologne .

On 15 June 1937, the city closed Düren with Erna imbalance Busch for the season 1937/38 as senior play director of the play in Düren Stadttheater Düren a contract. On April 29, 1938, she became director there. Her contract was last extended until 1946. She died in Cologne in 1944.
