Ernfrid Rydberg ( Erik Gunnar Ernfrid Rydberg; born October 29, 1896 in Stockholm , † December 3, 1976 in Uppsala ) was a Swedish pole vaulter .

At the Olympic Games in Antwerp in 1920, he was fifth with 3.60 m.

He was Swedish champion three times (1920, 1922, 1924) and once English champion (1921). He set his personal best of 3.90 m on September 3, 1922 in Copenhagen .
