Ernst-Rainer Bisterfeld from Radevormwald is a former German motorboat athlete.

Bisterfeld began his motorboat racing career in 1964 and collected a total of 24 titles. He was several times German champion in the 350 and 500 cm³ class and European champion. In October 1973 he succeeded in becoming world champion in motorboat racing in Austria .
