Ernst Dorn (painter)

Ernst Dorn (* 1889 in Neustadt near Coburg , † 1927 in Munich ) was a German landscape and history painter .

Dorn, the son of a butcher, studied drawing with Gabriel von Hackl at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich from May 13, 1908 , Otto Seitz was one of his teachers. His works were exhibited in the Munich Glass Palace and can still be found in art dealers today.
