Ernst Lück

Ernst Lück (born June 26, 1933 in Wachteldorf , Lyck district (East Prussia); † January 1, 2016 in Bedburg ) was a German SPD politician .

education and profession

After attending elementary school, Ernst Lück completed an apprenticeship in mechanical engineering, which he completed in 1951 with a journeyman's examination. From 1954 he was employed as an employee in the Ford works in Cologne-Niehl . In 1975 he worked as a state labor judge.

politics

Ernst Lück had been a member of the SPD since 1959. From 1973 to 1977 he was an assessor in the SPD subdistrict executive committee, and since 1974 an assessor in the executive committee of the Cologne-Neue Stadt local association. Until 1977 he was deputy chairman of the working group for employee issues in the SPD district of Middle Rhine. From 1971 to 1975 he was councilor of the city of Cologne.

His other memberships: 1st chairman of the sports club Neue Stadt / Longerich 59/65 and member of the metal industry union since 1954.

From May 28, 1975 to May 28, 1980, Ernst Lück was a directly elected member of the 8th State Parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia for the constituency 018 Cologne-Stadt V.
