Ernst Poseck
Waldemar Martin Ernst Poseck (born May 16, 1893 in Berlin , † November 19, 1952 in Kitzbühel , Austria ) was a German writer .
The son of the Berlin builder Robert Poseck left school early to become a writer. After a difficult early years, he achieved his breakthrough via the autograph dealer . He autodidactically specialized in documents from the Prussian royal family and met new sponsors during this activity. This was accompanied by the renaissance of the Hohenzollern family . So he found a publisher for his main work, literary biographies of the time. The rich documentation and the care taken in citing the source, which is unusual for a literary work, are still a treasure trove for subsequent authors.
