Ernst Urban
Ernst Urban (* 19th April 1874 in Breslau , † 23. April 1958 in Berlin ) was a German pharmacist Jewish descent and long-time editor, from 1917 - the time of death of his predecessor Hermann Boettger (1843-1917) - editor of Pharmaceutical newspaper . At the end of June 1933, the politically inopportune specialist was removed from this position, but reinstated there from 1947 to the end of 1955.
He published numerous specialist books on pharmacy. With his commentary on the Pharmacy Act, he set a standard that is still used in a similar way today.
