Ernst Windisch (judge)

Ernst Windisch (born October 19, 1922 ; † August 9, 2011 ) was a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

Life

Windisch received his doctorate in 1956.

On June 1, 1961, Windisch was appointed regional judge at the Frankfurt am Main regional court . Since 1969 he has been a lecturer and since 1983 honorary professor at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main . He was a judge and was elected judge at the Federal Court of Justice in 1970. He joined the 10th Civil Senate on November 30, 1970 , to which he was a member until his departure on March 31, 1986.
