Ernst von Heydebreck

Ernst von Heydebreck (* 15. May 1857 ; † 9. May 1935 ) was a Prussian general of cavalry in the First World War . He commanded the 5th Cavalry Division from December 26, 1914 to December 13, 1915 , including in the Battle of Rovno on the Eastern Front .

Heydebreck was a legal knight of the Order of St. John .
