conqueror
As a conqueror (English ' conqueror ', Arabic ' Fatih') is used to describe a general after a victorious war of conquest . In some cases, the word conqueror was added to the ruler's name as an epithet after such :

The Spanish conquerors of Latin America, for example Francisco Pizarro , are often referred to in German with the Spanish term conquistador .
