Erra-Liiva is a village ( Estonian küla ) in the rural municipality of Sonda ( Sonda vald ). It is located in Ida-Viru County ( East Wierland ) in northeast Estonia .

The village has 72 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2009). It is east of the city of Kiviõli .

Treasure find from Erra-Liiva

In 1939 a treasure trove of coins was found in the earth of Erra-Liiva. It consists of 176 Arabic, two Byzantine and one Indian coins. They were probably buried there at the end of the 10th century. There was also a spiral-shaped necklace made of silver with the treasure.
