District Court of Schopfheim
The district court of Schopfheim is a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Baden-Württemberg and one of five district courts in the district of the district court of Waldshut-Tiengen .
Seat and District of the Court
The district court has its seat in Schopfheim , Hauptstr. 16. The judicial district includes the town of Schopfheim and the communities Hasel , Hausen , Kleines Wiesental and Maulburg .
Jurisdiction
The District Court of Schopfheim is the court of first instance in civil , care , association , property register and criminal matters . For the commercial register things that's District Court Freiburg responsible.
The family courts and lay judges' jurisdiction are located at the Bad Säckingen District Court .
As an enforcement court , the AG Schopfheim is responsible for all enforcement matters in which the debtor is domiciled in the judicial district. The property foreclosure , bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings are processed at the Waldshut-Tiengen District Court .
Superior courts
The district court of Waldshut-Tiengen is superordinate to the district court of Schopfheim . The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court in Karlsruhe .
