Bad Säckingen District Court

The Bad Säckingen District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Baden-Württemberg and one of five district courts in the district of the Waldshut-Tiengen District Court .

Seat and District of the Court

The district court has its seat in Bad Säckingen , Hauensteinstraße 9. The judicial district includes the communities Bad Säckingen, Wehr , Laufenburg , Murg , Herrischried and Rickenbach .

Jurisdiction

The court is the court of first instance in civil , care , association , property registers and criminal matters . However, the jurisdiction for the trade , cooperative and partnership registers lies with the District Court of Freiburg im Breisgau .

In family matters and criminal matters that belong before the lay judge's court , it is also responsible for the districts of the district courts of Schönau and Schopfheim .

As an enforcement court , the AG Bad Säckingen is responsible for all enforcement matters in which the debtor is domiciled in the judicial district. Juvenile lay judges , foreclosures and insolvency proceedings are dealt with at the Waldshut-Tiengen District Court .

Superior courts

The district court of Waldshut-Tiengen is superordinate to the Bad Säckingen district court . The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court in Karlsruhe .
