District court Schönau

The district court of Schönau is a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Baden-Württemberg and one of five district courts in the district of the district court of Waldshut-Tiengen .

Seat and District of the Court

The district court has its seat in Schönau in the Black Forest , Friedrichstr. 24. The judicial district includes the cities of Schönau in the Black Forest, Todtnau and Zell in Wiesental and the communities of Aitern , Böllen , Fröhnd , Häg-Ehrsberg , Schönenberg , Tunau , Utzenfeld , Wembach and Wieden .

Jurisdiction

The District Court of Schönau is the court of first instance in civil , care , association , property registers and criminal matters . For the commercial register things that's District Court Freiburg responsible.

The family courts and lay judges' jurisdiction are located at the Bad Säckingen District Court .

As the enforcement court, the Schönau District Court is responsible for all enforcement matters in which the debtor is domiciled in the judicial district. The property foreclosure , bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings are processed at the Waldshut-Tiengen District Court 1.

Superior courts

The district court of Waldshut-Tiengen is superordinate to the district court of Schönau . The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court in Karlsruhe .
