Waldshut-Tiengen District Court

The district court of Waldshut-Tiengen is a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Baden-Württemberg and one of five district courts in the district of the district court of Waldshut-Tiengen .

Seat and District of the Court

The district court has its seat in Waldshut-Tiengen , Bismarckstraße 23. The judicial district includes the following cities and communities from the district of Waldshut : the cities of Bonndorf in the Black Forest , Stühlingen and Waldshut-Tiengen and the communities of Albbruck , Dettighofen , Dogern , Eggingen , Görwihl , Grafenhausen , Hohentengen on the Upper Rhine , Jestetten , Klettgau , Küssaberg , Lauchringen , Lottstetten , Ühlingen-Birkendorf , Weilheim , Wutach and Wutöschingen .

Jurisdiction

The Waldshut-Tiengen District Court is the court of first instance in civil and criminal matters .

In family matters as well as in criminal matters that are part of the jurisdiction of the lay judge's court , its local jurisdiction also extends to the district of the St. Blasien district court .

The district court of Waldshut-Tiengen is responsible for the entire district of the district court of Waldshut-Tiengen in foreclosure and insolvency matters.

Superior courts

The district court of Waldshut-Tiengen has priority over the court . The Karlsruhe Higher Regional Court and the Federal Court of Justice are superordinate in the next instance .
