Erwin Jeangros
Erwin Jeangros-Daetwyler (born June 30, 1898 in Bern ; † April 7, 1979 there ) was a Swiss lawyer , economist and professional teacher .
Jeangros studied in Zurich, Lausanne and Bern, was from 1925 to 1928 librarian at the cantonal trade museum in Bern , and from 1929 to 1963 head of the "Bern Office for Vocational Training". He was considered a "pioneer of Swiss vocational education ". His relationship with Eduard Spranger was critical. In 1963 he received an honorary doctorate from the University of Bern . His best-known writing is the maxims for professional education .
