Erwin Ludwig Diemer
Erwin Ludwig Diemer (born May 6, 1923 in Rodenbach , now Ebertsheim , † January 30, 1990 in Speyer ) was a German, Catholic clergyman, vicar general of the Diocese of Speyer and papal honorary prelate .
He was ordained a priest on July 1, 1951 . On July 3, 1968, he was appointed Vicar General of the Diocese of Speyer by Bishop Friedrich Wetter and on October 17, 1983 by Bishop Anton Schlembach . On August 1, 1979, he became an honorary conventual chaplain of the Sovereign Order of Malta and on January 30, 1990, he was appointed an honorary papal prelate.
Diemer died on January 30, 1990 in Speyer and was buried there too.
