Archbishop's Boys' Seminar Foundation Freising

The Archbishop's College for Boys in Freising was established in 1826. It is a church foundation under public law in accordance with Article 21 et seq. Of the Bavarian Foundation Act. The foundation statutes in the version of February 18, 1992 determine their activities.

The foundation pursues exclusively charitable and church purposes. Its statutory purpose is to maintain a study seminar in Freising and to promote other study seminars of the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising as well as the cathedral choir boys at the Liebfrauendom in Munich .

The organs of the foundation are the administrator who manages the foundation's assets and represents the foundation in and out of court, as well as the asset council.

To fulfill its purpose, the foundation is provided with land, money and objects as well as the guarantee of the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising.

Since the closing of the study seminar on the Domberg in Freising in 1968, the foundation has been active exclusively in a supporting manner.
