Educational measure

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

An educational measure is a means of command recognized in the Bundeswehr to confirm those who are willing, to encourage those who are willing to perform, to encourage the indifferent and to effectively remind the unwilling of their duties.

An educational measure does not serve to punish or even retaliate , but only to educate . It is used for both good and bad performance. In the case of the latter, however, it is always necessary to check whether there is a lack of education or upbringing.

During the training for supervisors is therefore taught to consider the question: "Will the soldier , but it can not (training deficiency) or can the soldier, but do not want it (education deficiency)?"
