Esko Saira (born June 14, 1938 ) is a Finnish biathlete .

Saira won a silver medal each with the 4 × 7.5 km biathlon relay at the 1972 Winter Olympics in Sapporo and the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck .

At the Biathlon World Championships in 1975 he won another bronze medal in the 20 km individual race behind Heikki Ikola and Nikolai Kruglow .
