Esplin Islands

The Esplin Islands are a small two islands and some cliffs existing group of islands at the southern end of the West Antarctic Adelaide Island . They are northeast of Box Reef .

The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named them after Lieutenant Christopher John Esplin-Jones (* 1940), a member of the Royal Navy hydrographic unit that mapped these islands between 1962 and 1963.
