Estéban Conde , full name Estéban Néstor Conde Quintana , (born March 4, 1983 in Young ) is a Uruguayan football player .
Career
society
The 1.87 meter tall goalkeeper Conde was a member of the Club Atlético Rentistas squad from 2003 to 2004 . In the 2004 season he came to the Montevidean club in 34 league games for use. From 2005 he played for the first division club Danubio FC , with whom he won the national championship title in the 2006/07 season under coach Gustavo Matosas . He was the only player on his team who completed all league games and these over the entire distance. He also made a major contribution to the win in the play-off against Club Atlético Peñarol after he saved a penalty and converted to the ultimately decisive 4: 3. During the entire time he was part of Danubio, in which he played 133 times in the Primera División , Conde has scored six league goals. At the end of 2009 he left the Montevideans. The following year he continued his career at the Chilean club Universidad de Chile , where he signed a four-year contract in December 2009. Across the seasons, he played 19 games in the Primera División , one encounter in the Copa Chile and four games in the Copa Libertadores 2010 . In 2011, his club won both half-series in the league and also won the trophy in the continental competition for the Copa Sudamericana 2011 , in which Conde only acted as a substitute goalkeeper. At the end of July 2012, he moved to Atlético de Rafaela . For the Argentines he played in 69 first division games and six Copa Argentina games over the next three years . In July 2015, he returned to Uruguay and joined the reigning Uruguayan champions Nacional Montevideo . In the 2015/16 season he was used 29 times in the top Uruguayan league, four times in the Copa Sudamericana 2015 and nine times in the Copa Libertadores 2016 . To win the national championship of his team in the following season 2016 he contributed with 14 league appearances.
National team
During his time at Danubio Conde was appointed in September 2007 by national coach Óscar Tabárez for the friendly international match against South Africa as a replacement for the injured Fabián Carini in the Uruguayan senior team, but was not used.
