Estadio José Encarnación Romero (full name: Estadio José Encarnación "Pachencho" Romero ) is a multifunctional stadium in Maracaibo , Venezuela . The stadium is considered one of the best football stadiums in Venezuela. It has a capacity of 42,000 spectators.
