Esther Cañadas
Esther Cañadas (born March 1, 1977 in Albacete ) is a Spanish actress and model .
Life
Esther Cañadas originally wanted to become a criminologist . But her mother persuaded her to try modeling when she was 14. After she won a local competition, she signed a contract with Take 2 Agency and from then on modeled nationally and internationally for brands such as Gucci , Dolce & Gabbana and Versace . In the thriller The Thomas Crown Affair , Cañadas made her debut in 1999 in a silent supporting role as an actress.
On the set of a Donna Karan commercial , Cañadas met her future husband, Dutch model Mark Vanderloo . Both were married from 1997 to 1999. Then she was in a relationship with the Spanish motorcycle racer Sete Gibernau . They both adopted an Indian girl together in January 2004. They married on April 14, 2007. They divorced in 2008.
