Esther Guyer

Esther Guyer (born May 22, 1951 ) is a Swiss politician ( Greens ) and Zurich Cantonal Councilor .

Esther Guyer joined the Green Party in 1987 . She has been a member of the Cantonal Council since August 17, 1998. She was particularly involved in education and health policy and in the supervision of the cantonal council. In 2020 she was elected the second Vice President of the Cantonal Council. From 2004 to 2020 she was parliamentary group leader of the Greens in the cantonal council. Ester Guyer has been a long-standing member of the management of the Greens in the Canton of Zurich.

Professionally, she worked as a pharmaceutical assistant. She lives in the city ​​of Zurich .
