Etienne Primault

Etienne Primault (born May 5, 1904 in Cormoret ; † November 30, 1984 in Zurich ) was a Swiss professional officer .

From 1930 to 1944 he was an instruction officer for the air and anti-aircraft troops and a military pilot. In 1953 he became chief of weapons and was promoted to division general . His professional career ended in 1964 in connection with cost overruns in the procurement of a new fighter aircraft ( Mirage affair ).
