Eu'Vend
The euvend & coffeena , formerly Eu'Vend (official subtitle the international trade fair for vending and coffee ) is organized every two years by Koelnmesse in a hall on the exhibition grounds in Cologne . It is only open to trade visitors. Euvend & coffeena is organized by Koelnmesse. She is supported by the Federal Association of the German Vending Machine Industry (BDV) and the European Vending Association (EVA). Since 2011 the euvend & coffeena has been taking place in association with the coffeena - (official subtitle "The international Coffee fair"). In 2013, the Special Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE) was the official partner for the topic of advanced training for the first time.

The offer of euvend & coffeena includes the areas of machines, machine filling products, cups, payment systems and the service for machine operators.
Visitor target groups
The EuVend & coffeena aimed at both the operators of vending machines as well as to those who seek solutions for a professional employee or customer catering.
"Vending Star" innovation award
Since 2007, Koelnmesse has been awarding the Vending Star together with the bdv on the occasion of Eu'Vend. The winners of the Vending Star will be announced and chosen during the official evening event of Eu'Vend, the so-called "Eu'Vend & coffeena Night". The prize is intended to showcase new application possibilities and services in the vending sector and thus give the industry new impetus. The following people are represented in the jury: Helmut J. Düvel (CA Vending Krugmann GmbH & Co KG), Aris Kaschefi ( BDV ), Hans-Jürgen Krone (Lebensmittel Praxis Verlag), Ralf Lang (JAM Verlag), Asim Loncaric (Forum Magazines), Michal Piotrowiak (Mastercup Vending, Poland), Matthias Schlüter ( Koelnmesse ), Eric Schwaab (Vending Report), Wolfgang Schwarzenberger ( Dallmayr Automaten-Service serviPlus), Gerald Steger ( café + Co International, Austria), Gerold Stüwer (Stüwer GmbH) and Jan Marck Vrijlandt ( Selecta Group).
Young companies
In order to support young, innovative companies in marketing their products on the world market, the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi) supports participation in selected leading German trade fairs. Since the Eu'Vend has met the Ministry's requirements since the 2009 event, 20 companies were able to benefit from the funding in 2011. As a result, the ministry will cover up to 80% of the exhibitor's participation costs of up to € 7,500. Companies wishing to participate in the program may be able to a. be no more than 10 years old, have a maximum of 10 million euros in annual sales or employ fewer than 50 people and must present an innovation. For the 2015 event, this funding will again be granted to coffeena exhibitors, provided they meet the ministry's requirements.
history
Up to and including 2001, the interested exhibitors presented their products at Anuga . Then the industry decided to set up an independent platform - Eu'Vend and now renamed euvend & coffeena. 178 companies from 13 countries presented themselves. A total of 3,968 trade visitors from 49 countries came over the three days of the fair.
162 exhibitors from 22 countries exhibited at euvend & coffeena in May 2019. Approx. 4,200 visitors from 66 countries, in 2015 the euvend & coffeena was the vending and coffee machine systems fair with the highest foreign share of exhibitors and visitors.
