euRobotics

euRobotics AISBL is a Brussels- based, non-profit association for members from the European robotics community with over 250 members, including large research institutions such as the Fraunhofer Institute , the German Aerospace Center and the ETH Zurich , as well as large European companies such as ABB ( Company) , Kuka (company) , Bosch and Siemens .

euRobotics emerged from the EU Coordination Action euRobotics , which was funded by the European Commission from 2010 to 2012 as part of the 7th Research Framework Program (FP7). Since 2013, euRobotics has been in a public-private partnership with the European Commission , in which the European robotics research strategy and roadmap is developed and implemented. It thus has an influence on the robotics topics of the European research framework programs such as B. FP7 and Horizon 2020 .
