Eugène Afrika (born April 14, 1971 ) is a former Luxembourg soccer player.

He made his debut for the national team on October 10, 1998 in the European Championship qualifier against Poland after a substitution . A second international game followed in March 1999 against Iceland.

In February 2011 he was sentenced to five years in prison for rape. In the appeal process in November 2011, two years were suspended. In January 2012, his defense lawyer announced that there would be cassation proceedings for various procedural errors. However, in October of the same year, his application was denied.
