Eugen Bachmann (politician, 1913)

Eugen Bachmann (born February 20, 1913 in Pforzheim ; † April 29, 1975 ) was a German politician ( CDU ) and former member of the Hessian state parliament .

education and profession

Eugen Bachmann worked as an independent farmer after elementary school, higher commercial school and agricultural school.

He was a board member of the Fürth (Odenwald) dairy cooperative , the Heppenheim district savings bank and the Bergstrasse-Odenwald-Ried-Neckartal regional committee in the Hesse State Transport Association.

Eugen Bachmann was a member of the SA .

Eugen Bachmann was a member of the CDU and chairman of the Evangelical Working Group of the CDU Bergstrasse. As honorary mayor of the community of Wald-Michelbach from 1948 to 1975 and a member of the Bergstrasse district council from 1950 to 1956 and as a district member from 1956, he was involved in local politics.

From December 1, 1958 to April 9, 1962 he was a member of the Hessian state parliament.
