Eugene Emnet
Eugen Emnet (born July 3, 1883 in Schifferstadt ; † September 18, 1966 ) was a German administrative lawyer and ministerial official.
Career
Emnet joined the Bavarian State Ministry of Finance in 1911 . There he was appointed Ministerialrat in 1926. Although a member of the Bavarian People's Party (BVP), he remained in office when the National Socialists came to power. According to his own statements, under pressure from the Ministry and Prime Minister Ludwig Siebert , he joined the NSDAP on April 1, 1942 .
In April 1948 he was appointed ministerial director. On December 1, 1950, he retired. Since 1901 he was a member of the Catholic student union KDSt.V. Thuringia Würzburg .
