In cooperation with Rudolf Koch, certificates, book titles, newspaper heads, posters and family trees were created. In addition, Eugen Kuhn in Zofingen designed the cover of the Zofinger New Year's Gazette for years, created tapes for the new bells for the city church and cut all the wooden sticks for the Zofingen coat of arms.

In 1931 negotiations began in German-speaking Switzerland about a uniform school script, in which Eugen Kuhn played a decisive role. He was co-author of the teaching aid “ Writing ” and himself developed a “writing aid” and “instructions for markup fonts”, both of which helped the Swiss school typeface to break through. Eugen Kuhn then also played an important role as writing teacher at the Aarau seminar in order to further spread his work.

Eugen Kuhn's estate is in the Zofingen city archive.
