Eugen Zimmermann (Senior Administrator)

Eugen Zimmermann (born August 24, 1862 in Esslingen am Neckar ; † May 12, 1911 there ) was a Württemberg chief bailiff.

life and work

Eugen Zimmermann was the son of a senior teacher. After attending the Karlsgymnasium in Stuttgart, he studied criminal sciences in Tübingen from 1882 to 1886 . From 1888 to 1891 he worked as a state assistant at the Saulgau District Office and as a deputy bailiff at the Aalen District Office. From 1891 to 1897 he was a bailiff at the Aalen and Ludwigsburg authorities, then until 1901 unskilled laborer and ministerial secretary at the government of the Neckar District in Ludwigsburg. From 1901 until his untimely death he headed the Oberamt Besigheim as Oberamt , since 1906 with the title of Government Councilor.
