Eugen von Lotzbeck (politician)

Eugen Freiherr von Lotzbeck (born March 29, 1845 in Munich , † July 3, 1922 in Kennenburg ) was a German landowner and Bavarian parliamentarian.

Life

Eugen von Lotzbeck was born as the son of Baron Karl Ludwig von Lotzbeck and Antonie geb. Hill. He studied at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn . In 1866 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Bonn . After completing his studies, he became master of Weyhern Castle . He was the hereditary imperial councilor. In 1875 he entered the Bavarian Chamber of Imperial Councils . He was the Royal Bavarian Chamberlain . In 1889 he was incapacitated by the Munich District Court due to mental illness.

Von Lotzbeck was married to Malwina Countess von Reventlow . The show jumper and team Olympic champion in dressage Eugen von Lotzbeck was her son.
