Euphorbia angustiflora is a species of the genus spurge ( Euphorbia ) in the family of Euphorbiaceae (Euphorbiaceae).

The succulent Euphorbia angustiflora forms small shrubs with dense branching and is up to 20 centimeters high and 50 centimeters wide. The roughly square shoots are gray-green in color and up to 1 centimeter thick. On the edges there are bulky teeth at a distance of 10 to 15 millimeters from one another. The elongated triangular thorn shields stand individually, are blackish in color and are up to 10 millimeters wide and 2.5 millimeters long. There are thorns up to 8 millimeters and stipple thorns up to 2 millimeters in length.

Simple and individual cymes are formed, which stand on a stalk about 3 millimeters long. The elongated barrel-shaped cyathia are about 3 millimeters in size, the roughly circular nectar glands stand individually and are colored yellow. Stylus and stamens are 7 to 8 millimeters long. The bluntly lobed fruit is almost sessile and becomes 3.5 millimeters in size.

Distribution and systematics

Euphorbia angustiflora is distributed in Tanzania in the Chunya district in the Mbeya region on rocks at altitudes of 1100 to 1500 meters. The species is on the IUCN Red List and is endangered.
