The succulent Euphorbia bravoana forms many branched shrubs up to 2 meters high. The main shoot reaches a diameter of 4 centimeters. The thick branches are bent upwards and covered with transverse leaf scars. The linear-lanceolate leaves are close together in rosettes on the shoots. The leaf blade is colored glaucous and often provided with a purple coating. The edges are whitish and the tip of the leaf is rounded.

The nectar glands are elliptical in shape. The bluntly lobed fruit is about 8 millimeters in size and stands on a protruding stem. The conical-egg-shaped seed is up to 4 millimeters in size and has a conical appendage . The seed surface is covered with warts.
