Eurasia ( Russian Евразия Jewrasija ), also Stalnaya Vershina ( Russian Стальная Вершина Stalnaja Werschina , German 'Stahlgipfel' , formerly: Parcel 12 ), is a skyscraper in Moscow . According to the original plans, the 309 meter high skyscraper was to be built by 2011 on plot 12 in the new Moscow City skyscraper district . When it was completed, it was the second tallest (now third tallest) skyscraper in Moscow and one of the tallest skyscrapers in Europe. Construction stopped on August 20, 2011 at floor 48 at a height of 221.7 meters. On November 25, 2011, the builder filed for bankruptcy. Construction resumed in May 2012 and was completed in 2015.

A shopping center, casino and fitness center are planned within the three-story podium . Office space is available up to the 45th floor on 106,231 m²; 1st floor luxury apartments. These take up an area of ​​21,185 m².

Parking spaces for around 1,000 vehicles have been created in the basement. The building has two levels: the first level reaches a height of 30 floors, the second reaches the 72nd floor.
