EA European Academy of Technology and Innovation Assessment

The EA European Academy of Technology and Innovation Assessment GmbH ( Institute for Qualifying Innovation Research and Consulting (IQIB) gGmbH ) is a German research institution. It is 75% owned by the State of Rhineland-Palatinate and the German Aerospace Center. V. (DLR) borne 25%. With the transfer to the non-profit Institute for Qualifying Innovation Research and Consulting (IQIB) in February 2019, DLR is the sole shareholder.

The EA European Academy is a non-profit GmbH based in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler in northern Rhineland-Palatinate. Managing Director of the European Academy has been Stefan Latussek since June 28, 2017. Until May 2014, the interdisciplinary research institute founded in 1996 was called the European Academy for Research into the Consequences of Scientific and Technical Developments GmbH.
