Eurozine is an online magazine published by Eurozine - Gesellschaft zur Vernetzung von Kulturmedien mbH in Vienna . Filip Zielinski has been the managing director since January 2016.

Publication activity

It is a publication that arises from a network of more than 80 European cultural magazines (as of February 2017) from almost all European countries. Most of the articles published on Eurozine have already appeared in one of the journals connected to the network.

The articles are published in the original language. In addition, many articles are also published in a language that is widely used in Europe (e.g. German, English or French).

The network of European cultural magazines, whose central activities include the publication of the online metamagazine Eurozine, came into being in the 1980s. It also organizes annual conferences in changing European cities. The 27th meeting of European cultural magazines took place in November 2016 in Gdansk , Poland.
