Eva Günther-Gräff

Eva Günther-Gräff (born September 20, 1968 ) is a German lawyer . She is a judge at the Federal Labor Court .

Live and act

Günther-Gräff first completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk. Where she graduated in 1991 from the University of Kiel to study law at which she completed in 1997 with the First State Exam. Günther-Gräff then completed her legal clerkship and passed her second state examination in 2000 in Neumünster . Already in 1999 she was employed by the University of Kiel with the employment law work termination and protection against dismissal of sales brokerage contracts, shown using the example of the commercial agent, the authorized dealer and the franchisee for Dr. iur. been awarded a doctorate. After her second state examination, Günther-Gräff initially worked as a lawyer before joining the higher judicial service of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg in August 2001 . There she was initially employed at the Hamburg Labor Court . After a one-year secondment to the Hamburg Regional Labor Court , she was appointed presiding judge there in July 2014. She was also a member of the presidium at the Hamburg Regional Labor Court.

In July 2018, Günther-Gräff was elected judge at the Federal Labor Court. There she was assigned to the Third Senate, which is primarily responsible for company pension schemes.

Günther-Gräff is married and has two children. She is also a passionate athlete and has won numerous medals at the senior world and European championships, including in the 4x100 meter run, the pole vault and the 200 meter run.
