The Evangelical Reformed Church is a listed church building in Helpup , a district of Oerlinghausen in the Lippe district ( North Rhine-Westphalia ). The building is registered with the number 46 as an architectural monument in the municipal monument list.

History and architecture

The cruciform, neo-Romanesque hall church with a short transverse arm was built from 1906 to 1907 according to designs by the architects Karl Siebold and Winkler. The church tower is built in the southwest corner. The plastered quarry stone masonry is structured with ashlar elements such as large circular windows and triplet openings. The wide interior has a central building-like effect. A gallery is built into the west , the wooden ceiling is rising.

The rectory was built as a picturesque quarry stone building with half-timbered elements.
