Eve Rotthoff

Eve Rotthoff (born April 27, 1939 in Zapfengrund ( East Prussia )) is a German politician ( CDU ) and former member of the Hessian state parliament .

Eve Rotthoff fled East Prussia to Hamdorf in Schleswig-Holstein in 1944, where she later went to school. After her studies she worked as a sports and gymnastics teacher in secondary schools and high schools in Saarland, Baden-Württemberg and North Rhine-Westphalia. From 1972 she was based in the Kassel district, in the same year she also joined the CDU. From 1981 to 1985 and again from 1989 to 1991 she was a member of the Helsa municipal council, most recently as deputy chairwoman. From April 5, 1991 she was a member of the state parliament of Hesse until she resigned her seat on December 31, 1997. Her successor was Uwe Brückmann .

From 1991 to 1995 Rotthoff was a member of the Committee for Agriculture, Forests and Regional Development and the Committee for Science and Art. From 1991 to 1997 she was a member of the petitions committee of the Hessian state parliament.
