Éverton Leandro dos Santos Pinto , better known as Éverton Santos , (born October 14, 1986 in São José dos Campos , Brazil ) is a Brazilian football player.
Career
Start of career (2005 to 2007)
Éverton began his career in 2004 with the youth club São José EC . The next year he signed a contract with the EC Santo André club , with which he was under contract until 2006. During the two years, the 1.75 meter tall striker did not play any league games. The then 20-year-old São Bernardo FC played his first league games , with whom he signed a loan contract for a season. During the season he was under contract for 22 league games and scored 16 goals. In 2007 he signed his first permanent contract with Corinthians São Paulo , where he took part in 23 league games and scored one goal. In the same year he again signed a loan deal with São Bernardo FC , where he played 27 league games and scored twelve goals.
Loans and Paris SG (2008 to 2011)
In January 2008 he moved to the French club Paris Saint-Germain , where he completed a goalless league game during one season. From 2008 to 2011 he signed a loan agreement with a total of five clubs. He signed his first loan deal with Fluminense FC , where he was under contract for two goalless league games in the first year. He took part in eleven league games in his second year, all of which remained goalless. After two years at the club, he moved to the Japanese club Albirex Niigata in the same year , where he played eleven goalless league games. In 2010, Éverton signed a contract with Goiás EC , where he played 31 league games and scored five goals. He also took part in three games of the Copa do Brasil , in which he never scored. The following year, 2011, Éverton signed a loan deal with AA Ponte Preta , where he was under contract for 15 league games and scored eight goals.
Since 2011
In the same year he signed a loan deal with the South Korean club Seongnam FC , where he played 25 league games and scored five goals. After the first season he received a permanent contract and in the second year was able to play 36 league games and scored twelve goals. Since 2013 he has been back under contract with AA Ponte Preta , where he has played a goalless game in the Copa do Brasil and has not yet taken part in a league game.
