Winds of Change Every On of Us Love is

Every One of Us is a 1968 studio album by Eric Burdon and the Animals . It was only released in the US. However, some pieces from it were also included in sampler LPs that were produced in Europe.

In the 19-minute piece New York 1963-America 1968 , Eric Burdon deals with the cultural, social and political conditions in the USA, which he found there in 1964 and later again in 1967/1968 and which both fascinated and shocked him (such as the Murder of President Kennedy). Quote from the song:

" And when I got to America, I say, it blew my mind ."

Part of the play is also an interview that was conducted with a black American, a former fighter pilot, who reports on the conditions in the USA, poverty, discrimination against blacks and the indifference of the authorities towards them. He also complains that those affected grumble, but are unable to defend themselves together and change the situation.
