Everyoned is an American emo band from Chicago , Illinois .
Band history
Everyoned is a great band of indie and emo musicians from the Chicago area and consists of Chris Connelly from Revolting Cocks and Pigface , Tim Kinsella from Joan of Arc and Make Believe , Ben Vida from Town & Country and Bird Show , Brent Gutzeit from TV Pow and Liz Payne of Town & Country and Pillow . The group released a long player of the same name in 2004. The collaboration had been planned for years, everyone always wanted to work with each other - hence the band's name - and had been talking about it for years. In the spring of 2002, songwriting began for Everyoned, but their approach turned out to be unusual. Instead of first composing a piece of music and deconstructing it in several takes, Everyoned worked the other way around and initially wrote no more than two thirds of a song in order to leave the necessary space for jazzy improvisations that would ultimately define the song. The result is fine guitar harmonies, floating bass lines and massed keyboard tones, interwoven with vibrating vocals and underlaid only with the simplest of drums.
